  • Monthly package setup fee is to be paid in advance.
  • Software will be delivered within 4-6 hours after payment.
  • SMS charge 0.35 payash is not included in the package.

  • Client support hours are subject to change on all non-official holidays.
  • No support will be provided on weekends.
  • Service will be suspended if the monthly/annual renewal fee is not paid within 7 working days.
  • No refund claim will be accepted after 3 days of purchase of software.

    There is no limit.

    2 Can I use my own domain if I want?
    An additional fee of BDT. 2000 / - will be applicable.

    No. There is no opportunity to host anywhere other than our server.

    4 Are there any server space limits for using the software?
    No, There is no limit.

    5 Can I use my own domain?
    Yes, Software price will increase by 25% for using own domain.

    6 Can I implement this software on another server?
    No. our code can’t be implemented on different server(other then our own server) .

    7 Can I switch to other software at any time?
    Yes , Backup data will be provided in PDF and Excel format.

    8 Is the SMS fee included in the package?
    No. Additional charges will be apply for SMS.

    9 Can I move from monthly package to yearly package?
    Yes , you can move but full charge of annual package will be applicable during moving process .

    10 How can I work if there is no internet connection ?
    Work can be done from mobile hotspot or mobile, no work can be done offline. If necessary, manually bill it and input it later.

    11 Whether any feature can be added to the software if desired?
    We will add any relevant features.
